Nothing is more frustrating for the urban dweller than to face headache-inducing traffic jams every single day (lol am I speaking from personal experience?)
Anyway, one way to beat the jam once and
for all is to live within walking distance of transit stations. When you can
just walk from home to the KTM / LRT / MRT /BRT station, convenience is the
highlight of life!
Take for example, where I live XD (Check out

There’s a LRT station nearby, probably a 5 mins’ drive to the stop but maybe less than 15minues to reach on foot. It’s really convenient, especially during the weekend when I don’t feel like driving.

Besides that, Razak City Residences is another interesting development. It’s near Bandar Malaysia and the KL-Singapore High Speed Rail is really closeby. Plus, there’s plenty to choose from the current train transit options: LRT, KTM, ERL and MRT lines.
