To my readers, here’s an update on what I’ve been doing lately! As you can tell from my previous posts, I’m pretty keen on Razak City Residences. I’m sure my readers have seen Razak City’s many billboards and buntings – those bright yellow displays – dotting the highways and major roads around KL 😃

Anyway, I dropped by their Sales Gallery recently and they had show units open for display. Needless to say, I was pretty excited to view the layouts available.

Firstly, there is the Type A: 800 sq.ft. ( 2 bedrooms  + 2 bathrooms)

The layout is nicely done, well-spaced out to showcase the modern interior décor. Seems nice and cosy enough in my opinion.

The next show unit features 3 bedroom + 3 bathrooms . At 1,045 sq.ft., I really like the spacious ambience of the layout.

A quick recap of Razak City Residences, it’s located right opposite Bandar Malaysia and is in close proximity to the future development of the KL-Singapore High Speed Rail. Besides the great accessibility of public and road transportation, abundant amenities surrounding this development will surely make daily living very convenient!

Of course, price matters a lot (so does location!). Worry not! Starting from RM379k, it is really affordable to own, considering the prime location and practical layout.

For those of you who enjoy watching Cantonese TV Drama (I’m a big fan haha), the main actor of TVB’s Legal Mavericks, Vincent Wong will be there at Razak City Residences Sales Gallery. No, I’m not kidding you. Other Hong Kong celebrities such as Anne Heung, Joe Ma and Queenie Chu will also be there for the ‘Party In The City’ event, held on 22 July (this coming Saturday, so mark your calendars yeah!)

Besides catching a glimpse of your favourite HK artist (that’s Vincent Wong for me…lol he’s so handsome), visitors will also have a chance to join the lucky draw with the Grand Prize of winning a 40”TV AND taking a picture with your HK idol. O.M.G!!! I really need to find time this Saturday then XD

Plus, light refreshments will be served as well and The Kun Seng Keng Lion & Dragon Dance Association will perform a lion dance show. All these activities sound so exciting right!
