THE TOP 5 VALUABLE PROPERTIES TO INVEST IN KL
Hey there, dear readers! Today I would
like to share my general findings on what investment properties in KL I believe
are worthy of your hard-earned money.
1. Parklane OUG Akisama
Unit layouts from 950 sq.ft.
First of all, I would like
to disclaim myself and mention that I am a resident here (especially for my new
readers!). Sure, it might be positively biased but where’s the harm in that?
Anyway, I’m pleased to say it’s been good so far.
·
The residents here are a mix of
own-stay residents and tenants consisting mostly of working adults, couples and
small families.
·
I would say this is a valuable
investment by Akisama Group in OUG with its affordable pricing that should be
within reach for us general folks (proven sample case in point: me! haha)
2. Pearl Point Condominium, OUG Akisama
Unit layouts from 1105 – 1250 sq.ft.
·
Yes, this is a condominium
situated in the midst of bustling Old Klang Road. (For those not familiar with
this area, you may have only heard of Pearl Point as a mall.)
·
This development is very
strategically connected to plenty of amenities and facilities.
·
Daily convenience is guaranteed
so it’s a major pull-factor when renting out.
·
Good investment choice with
high rental yield potential.
·
I would say this product would
make a good long-term property investment.
3. VERVE Suites KL South Akisama
Unit layouts from 555 – 1430 sq.ft.
·
Another investment option to
consider located at Old Klang Road.
·
Developed by Bukit Kiara
Properties, a property developer specialising in luxurious residential
buildings.
·
Impressive facilities and
amenities justify the upper tier price tag.
·
I must say, it’s a bold move of
the developer to refurbish the development; although in the long run, this
could turn out to be a good investment deal in terms of rental yield.
·
As there are no other
developments situated in Old Klang Road that matches its high-end vibe, VERVE
Suites has great potential for short-term stays or as an Airbnb host.
4. The Leafz, Sungai Besi Akisama
Unit layouts from 750 – 1430 sq.ft.
·
As you can tell from the name,
this serviced apartment by Exsim Development is very ‘green’ as in it has
adapted green practices and technology with its ‘Green Building Index’
recognition.
·
This blogger has been to The
Leafz (site recce! lol not really, I have relatives staying there). Enjoyed a
great view of the city while using the gym facilities and also the swimming
pool.
·
It left a good impression on me
so I’ll give it 2 thumbs up as a decent property investment with a reasonable
price tag.
5. Midfields, Sungai Besi Akisama
Unit layouts from 1024 – 2116 sq.ft.
·
Prime location with its
proximity to the city centre and nearby LRT station
·
In my opinion, this project is
an affordable investment among other YTL projects.
·
I believe the workmanship will
be quite good for these spacious layouts.
·
However, the location is
something to consider as it is not very convenient… what with only a single way
in and out respectively. Accessibility could be an issue.
Before I end this post, a quick mention of Razak City Residences. Anyone heard
about this upcoming new development? I found out about it through SMS. Seems
interesting since it’s located just opposite Bandar Malaysia AND the
KL-Singapore High Speed Rail.
After asking around, quite a number of my
friends have registered their interest. This development is very affordable and
yet it isn’t RUMAWIP (Rumah Wilayah Persekutuan). Readers, you should
definitely check this out. Plus, there’s a soft launch coming up soon. Maybe, it’s time for us to make another property
investment.
Till then, my dear readers <3 Happy
reading & take care!
