A Jolly Day of Christmas Cheer
Merry Christmas, dear readers! How is
everyone?
As mentioned in my previous post, I was
interested in checking out Razak City Residences. So, I went to their Christmas
Get-Together on Christmas Eve. It was held at their Registration Gallery.
I received my Xmas Goodie Bag after liking
their FB page (https://www.facebook.com/RazakCityResidences/)
Plus, all I had to do was snap a selfie & post it on FB to stand a chance
to win angpao worth RM888. Wish me luck, people! The winner will be announced on
Jan 2017.
Doesn’t this
goodie bag look so fancy ^_^ Let’s see what goodies are inside.
I love getting cute little snacks like
these!
Here are some pictures I managed to snap :P
(which, by the way, photography wasn’t allowed but … haha I had to make my blog
content interesting right?)
A pretty big crowd
was there at the gallery. Good to see there’s such strong interest!
What
is this development all about?
From my chat with the friendly salesperson
at the Registration Gallery, I had a clearer understanding of Razak City. It
doesn’t just offer residential blocks. There are also commercial spaces for
retail shops and shop office units. I believe this development when completed,
will be a very hip and happening place to be.
For easy reading, I’ve listed out main
pointers about Razak City : )
·
12 blocks (Block A,B, C &
D) of 48 storeys
·
4 phases: Each phase with own
dedicated carpark block & facilities
·
For now, Phase A consists of 4
blocks. Block A1-4 is currently open for registration with the option of priority
viewing fees of RM5k during exclusive pre-launch preview
·
Phase 1 of Block A:
-
Type A: 800 sq.ft. (2 bedrooms
+ 2 bathrooms)
-
Type B: 1,045 sq.ft. (3
bedrooms + 3 bathrooms)
·
The retail shops are just
downstairs (wow, so convenient!)
·
9th floor is where
you can find the facility deck
My readers are probably wondering, “But
what about the pricing? Is this development affordable?”
Worry not. I’ve got you covered XD What
I’ve heard so far is that the tentative pricing for Type A is RM399k while Type
B2 is approximately RM499k. So what comes to mind is that Razak City offers
very affordable pricing.
Location,
Location, Location
Check out their website (http://www.razakcity.com/) It’s very easy to browse and I’m feeling
excited to see how this project will be like when it’s completed.
Anyway, Razak City is accessible via
Besraya (Sungai Besi Highway). Easy connectivity is linked through other major
highways such as KL-Seremban Highway & North-South Expressway.
I must say, Razak City is very
strategically positioned in the city centre with all its amazing accessibility
be it through highways or public transportation.
I’m slightly concerned though that daily
traffic jam will occur since there are no plans for interchange addition for
this big-scale development.
According to the salesperson, Razak City is
approximately 5 minutes walking distance to the Salak Selatan LRT Station.
Located across Besraya Highway, there is an elevated pedestrian walkway to get
to the LRT Station.
